With most US workforce expected to work remotely well into 2021, demand for infrastructure leadership and support remains strong. That said, Software Developers and Project Managers remain firmly in their top-of-the-list slots as the demands of digital transformation initiatives continue. Roles such as Software Developers and Business Analysts are historically high-volume positions, experiencing significant growth over the years. Dice points out that occupations such as Network Engineers, Data Analysts, and Cyber Security Engineers have traditionally ranked lower. However, the job-apply rates for these roles are experiencing high demand due to the pandemic.
