Systems Support Analyst
Our direct client in Greenwich is seeking a Systems Support Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for someone wants to grow into a Systems Administrator in the next few years. In this role, you will provide help desk support and resolve users' computer related problems, installing and maintaining hardware and software, support PCs, printers, servers. In addition, you should also have some experience support Windows server and Cisco network.
Responsibilities:
: Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk
: Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
: Utilize and maintain the help desk tracking software
: Document internal procedures
: Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
: Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
: Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
: Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
: Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
: 1 - 2 years of desk top support experience
: 1 - 2 years of Windows server and network support experience
: 3 - 5 years of overall desk top and server support experience, shown professional growth from desktop support to a systems support role
