**note our client is open to transferring an active H-1 visa**

We seek an energetic IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, to take on the role of Application Support Specialist. Once you're familiar with the software, you'll help the internal teams as they work with clients to implement the software, you'll troubleshoot application issues via phone and email, assist with new release deployments, and test new software features, coordinating with the development team.

In this role we seek someone with 2+ years experience including technical and application production support, solid experience with SQL (for investigating and correcting data issues), and ideally a 4-year degree.
We need someone with a strong work ethic and excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to work onsite in Norwalk, CT 5 days a week (easy commute via car and also Metro-North train, via shuttle).
