Application Support Analyst
Our direct client located in Westchester County, NY has an exciting new opportunity for an Applications Support Analyst to join our clients growing IT Support Team. Candidates should be able to support upgrades to their 3rd Party Applications. Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of experience within IT troubleshooting Tier 2 End user support issues. Candidates that have any SQL or Oracle production support experience or knowledge would be a huge plus. This position will be working between the End User Services team and the Production support team. Candidates should be able to determine when as issue may need to be escalated to various teams. It would be a huge plus if the candidates have any ITIL Certifications or experience, they should also have a good understanding of ticketing systems such as (Service Now, BMC Footprints or Remedy). Candidates must have very solid communication skills and the ability to work in highly collaborative environment. Our client offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
