Our client is a global firm headquartered in northern New Jersey offering international exposure and a proven track record of success. They are urgently seeking your unique experience to improve the predictability and efficiency of their IT Resourcing.

This offers you the opportunity to bring your experienced analytical and creative knowledge into play as you establish the ideal tools and processes needed for effective resource management of their IT organization.


You are the ideal candidate because:

l You have the ability to pro-actively communicate with others at any level of the organization
l You understand the technical roles involved and can analyze what is currently in place, then take it to the next level
l As a self-starter, your initiative and drive will first shape this role and then allow you to perform at a world-class level


Your responsibilities will be:

l Resource Management across the various pillars and departments
l Recruiting new talent and intake of new hires
l Improving Demand Management and utilization of staff across projects
l Analyzing current management and intake processes
l Evaluating options for new processes and management tools
l Collaborating with CIO/CTO, Chief of Staff, IT Finance, and Department Heads to implement needed changes
l Implementing and reporting on new tools and processes
l Maintaining the high ethical and performance standards of this organization


Your experience includes:

l Either direct experience managing IT resourcing in a mid-to-large IT department; or
l HR experience servicing a mid-to-large IT department and involved in IT resourcing; or
l PMO experience which involved a focus on IT Resource Management


As an added bonus you may have:

l Actual Information Technology Resource Management experience, especially implementing a Resource Management program from inception
l Experience with IT Resource Management tools, i.e. Apptio
l Experience as an HRM, Development Manager, Divisional Lead, Technical Services Manager, etc.


This is a long term (12-36 months) contract role with good potential to become a permanent salaried position. Your expertise is needed immediately for a September start date.
