Our Direct client located in Norwalk, CT has an exciting new contract to hire need for a JR IT Analyst to join our clients growing IT support team. The successful candidates should have at least 1-2 years experience working as a Helpdesk Analyst and they should also have the ability to do some hardware support as well. On an average day the Analyst will be taking about 20-25 calls. Our client uses Service Now as their ticketing system. This position will be about 75% phone support and about 25% hardware support.
There are 3 other analysts on the team as of now. They Service desk covers the hours from 8:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday so candidates must be able to work sometime within these hours. Our client is currently using Windows 7 and they will be migrating to Windows 10 over the next few months. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
