Desktop Support Technician

Our direct client in Northern NJ seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal computer systems software and hardware. 

This individual will be handling installs, configurations, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets and phones. They will also maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. 

We seek an experienced Telecom/Network manager who is detail oriented, organized, and analytical with the following experience: 
 
• Document Issues in the ticketing system and other systems 
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS 
• Active Directory
• LAN and WAN technology
• Support Mobile Devices (iPhones, Androids Tablets)
