Job Description:

 

Benchmark IT – Technology Talent is an established IT Consulting and Recruiting Firm, that serves Corporate Technology Leaders and Technology professionals in the Tri-State area and across the US. Our trademark high-touch approach with candidates and clients, we successfully find, engage with and place technology professionals in contract and full-time positions.

 

We are looking for an energetic, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and with the help of sales leadership, nurturing those leads to into customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing, Sales and recruiting teams to establish growth strategies to support Benchmark IT’s revenue goals.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Leverage our editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience of client and candidate contacts to our content (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Use Hubspot and our other marketing tools to grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with the sales and recruiting team to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year experience with growth marketing.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and related software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Strong technology and social media skills, ie. Hubspot, SalesForce, Hootsuite, MailChimp, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
