Helpdesk Analyst

Our Direct client located in Stamford has an exciting new opportunity for a Help desk Analyst to join our clients growing IT Support team. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a help desk role supporting Windows 7 & Windows 10 Operating systems. The successful candidate should also have a basic knowledge of Active Directory (adding and deleting users, password resets, etc). Candidates should also be able troubleshoot printers and mobile devices.

The team currently supports about 600 end users, 400 users sit on-site in Stamford with the other 200 in off site locations. The team is currently made up of 3 level 1 Analysts and 2 level 2 Analysts. The successful candidate is expected to document and complete roughly 10-15 tickets per day as well as take on any other additional projects as needed.
