IT Sourcing/Procurement Solution Consultant - Remote
Our direct client is actively seeking a IT Sourcing Solution Consultant to join their team for an immediate project. You'll work remotely with a focused team of procurement professionals helping clients optimize their infrastructure and overall IT spend. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to high-impact projects that deliver measurable business value to clients.
- Provide strategic guidance on IT strategy, digital transformation, and sourcing initiatives.
- Design and implement sourcing agreements, financial models, and service delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior executives and technology providers to drive effective solutions.
- Manage or support multiple engagements across technology and business operations.
- Offer expertise in key domains such as Cloud Services, SaaS, DevOps, Automation, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Conduct market analysis, perform assessments, and develop compelling business cases.
- Enhance and refine sourcing methodologies to align with evolving industry trends and client needs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in IT consulting, sourcing, or managed services.
- 8+ years leading or contributing to complex projects with virtual/global teams.
- 5+ years in IT management or technical delivery leadership.
- Expertise in at least two of these areas: Cloud Computing, DevOps, Virtualization, Analytics, IT Operations, Network Services, or Service Desk.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus).
