Our direct client, a prestigious global firm, is looking to hire an experienced IT professional for the position of Manager, Business Analysis. 

The client builds enterprise-scale cloud-based software for use by company employees worldwide, and the software is constantly evolving, with new and complex requirements.  There is a strong team of experienced BA's, and due to growth in the team, this role is being hired to:

• Focus on improving the overall software requirements processes, working more effectively with the global business stakeholders and the technical teams.  
• Helping coordinate and manage Business Analysts who are in various teams, working on the overall program
• Capture and develop reporting/communications on all the Business Analysis activity going on across the program
• Building the equivalent of a Center of Excellence or PMO for the Business Analysis team

Desired experience for the role:

• 8+ years experience in Software Business Analysis and requirements management
• experience from a larger software firm or global corporation with enterprise software development and requirements
• experience leading Business Analysts and/or building a Business Analysis organization
• experience in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC's
• experience with a requirements repository such as Jira, SharePoint, HP ALM, or MS Azure DevOps is a plus
• strong expertise with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• excellent interpersonal and communications skills

This is an immediate hire position, as a long-term contractor, with good potential to convert to full-time in the future.
This position is a hybrid position, the client would like to have 3-4 days/week onsite in Montvale, NJ and 1-2 days/home.  Looking for candidate who is OK commuting to Montvale for that schedule.  Immediate interview and hire – send resume today for immediate consideration!
