Manager of Infrastructure - Hybrid
Our direct client is a fast-growing company, growing through organic growth and through acquisitions. They seek a Manager of Infrastructure to join their infrastructure management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, workflows, and vendor partnerships. You will have the ability to be hands-on and also lead a team.
This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days on site in their HQ located near Milford, CT, and 2-3 days work from home. Full-time position with competitive salary, excellent company benefits and perks, and a team-oriented company culture.
Responsibilities

Assist the Network and Infrastructure Team with all related trouble tickets

Partner closely with company’s data and voice providers ensuring best in class solutions.

Assist with the Microsoft Teams phone systems and contact centers.

Maintain lifecycle and end of life information on all network related hardware and software.

Ensure all warranty and support documentation is up to date.

Collaborate with corporate applications and service desk support teams.

Assist with network and infrastructure monitoring and reporting systems.

Ensure user experience with network and infrastructure is consistent across all company’s office locations.

Perform root cause and impact analysis to investigate corporate network and infrastructure issues and make recommendations for potential solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with the company’s Information Security team to ensure smooth infrastructure service operations.

Support future onboarding of mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience working with networking and infrastructure technologies.

Proficient in Routing and Switching technologies.

Strong understanding of O365, Active Directory Services, GPO management and deployment

Integration experience and foundational knowledge in how systems efficiently communicate.

Strong network and workflow documentation experience is highly desired.

Able to identify gaps in existing networks and infrastructure and develop and execute remediation plans.

Experience with Monitoring Solutions via SNMP/WMI

CCNA Certification a plus
