Global Operations Analyst

We are looking for a sharp candidate with minimum 1-3 years' experience to join our global client's team in Northern NJ – great career opportunity on a contract-to-hire basis.

In this position, you will work with a small team providing business process governance and support, doing research on companies and helping analyze corporate structures, helping the senior execs of the company make decisions considering new clients and business opportunities.

This position gives great visibility and access to a wide range of people in the company and provides a solid launching pad for further career growth in the company.

Skills required:  

  • Good writing and communication skills 
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.   Excel vlookups and pivot table experience is very helpful in this role.  
  • Basic MS Access & Visio skills 
  • Ability to interact with all levels of Management 
  • Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Research & Troubleshooting Skills 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Any experience with a global firm or accounting/consulting firm experience is a plus, but not required.  
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
