QA Analyst – Remote:
Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for a QA Analyst. This position can be 100% remote.  We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to join our growing technology team and help us build products that make a difference. You will have the most important role in ensuring that our products meet the expectations and requirements of the client by reporting issues and locating bugs.

Our tech stack is Go, JavaScript/Typescript, React, Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and debug issues in QA, staging, and production environments
  • Perform different testing strategies on web portals, apps, dashboards, microsites and other digital products
  • Perform manual testing on large scale Web-Applications
  • Write clear and concise bug tickets outlining the issue, expected results, and test parameters
  • Write detail-oriented test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Produce reports on issues and provide constructive feedback to the engineering and technology teams
  • Conduct manual fuzz testing on dashboards and UIs
  • API testing using postman
  • Interact with github CI/CD pipelines
  • Work closely with management and team leads on priorities and timelines
     

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of QA experience on a large web product
  • Worked on a big SaaS (Software as a service) product for at least a year, cloud based product
  • Mobile browser QA experience (not mobile App), both on real devices and using browserstack (or similar tool)
  • Hands on experience with frontend and backend testing
  • Experience with github and QA pipelines
  • Experience with task management software and creating tickets (bugs) for a dev team
  • Experience with API testing using postman or similar tools
  • Experience working in agile process
  • Experience with data validation
  • Experience with test case management tool like TestLodge or similar
  • Detail oriented and excellent time management
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently across multiple projects and tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and Cypress a plus
  • Coding experience (go, javascript, or python) a plus
