React Developer – Remote:

Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for 2 front-end developers with React experience. Client’s mission is to help advance the discovery of new medications and treatments, working with patients, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This position can be 100% remote.  You will be responsible for building React frontends, dashboards, and advising on architecture to support firm’s business and clients.  You will be writing a lot of Javascript and typescript code and advising on best practices.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Reactjs frontend components
• Integrate REST api backend endpoints
• Develop frontend dashboards and forms
• Write css/sass for styling visual elements   
• Help us fix bugs and advise on best practices
• Write secure testable code including unit tests
• Integrate code with CI/CD pipelines
• Work with team leads on requirements and communicate level-of-effort and timelines
• Submit and review pull requests
• Real-time video chat w/ team on a regular basis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Javascript frontend development experience (including css)
• 3+ years of typescript experience
• 3+ years of Reactjs experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Git, pull requests, and code reviews (you should understand Git rebase)
• Experience with agile software development
• Detail oriented and excellent time management
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Azure
• Experience with angular v9+
• Experience with React Native
