Technical Product Manager responsibilities include:

• Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects, track progress, manage risks, and coordinate resources.
• Create project plans, set objectives, define deliverables, and establish timelines. Coordinate activities between different teams, ensure alignment, and facilitate communication to drive successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the CTM technical architecture.
• Create documentation and presentations to facilitate technology strategy and decisions.
• Document system changes and maintain technical specifications.
• Analyze and develop strategies to integrate solutions across departments.
• Support Testing Strategy and input into the coverage of Test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested.
• Assist in configuration of software and troubleshooting of functionality.

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology Product Management or related role.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and SaaS.
• Deep technical and analytical skills.
• Experience in systems design, integration, and implementation.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodology.
• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Confidence in setting priorities, asking questions, and analyzing system/solution behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in clinical trials or healthcare industry.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Azure.
