Technology Configuration Specialist – Remote:

Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for a Technology Configuration Specialist. Client’s mission is to help advance the discovery of new medications and treatments, working with patients, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This position is 100% remote. Client is seeking a Technology Configuration Specialist who is tech-savvy and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.  You must be detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player with a “can-do” attitude. We are looking for individuals who are caring, friendly, and hard working to join our team.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Configure and test company’s proprietary technology platforms
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations and contribute to knowledge base
• Performing quality assurance testing of firm’s applications and websites
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Managing/responding/completing support tickets
• Using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve issues
• Report creation

Qualifications include:

• 4 year college degree
• 2 years of experience
• Experience in the implementation and/or support of healthcare related systems preferred
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
