Technology Operations Analyst: Remote
Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for a Technology Operations Analyst. Client’s mission is to help advance the discovery of new medications and treatments, working with patients, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This position can be 100% remote. Client is seeking an entry-level Technology Operations Coordinator who is tech-savvy and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.  You must be detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player with a “can-do” attitude. We are looking for individuals who are caring, friendly, and hard working to join our team.
 Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and test our contact center technology platform along with CTM’s other proprietary technology platforms
• Training and supporting user testing
• Coordinate communication amongst all project team members
• Train end users on the proper use of the platform
• Develop best practices to be utilized for future implementations
• Perform troubleshooting as needed for each project
• Handle closure procedures at the end of each project
• Provide reporting as needed

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Familiarity with Twilio Flex, Acqueon Engagement campaign manager, contact center operations a plus
• Detail oriented and excellent time management
• Tech savvy and willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
