Technology Operations Analyst – Remote:

Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for a Technology Operations Analyst. Client’s mission is to help advance the discovery of new medications and treatments, working with patients, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This position can be 100% remote. Client is seeking an entry-level Technology Operations Analyst who is tech-savvy and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.  You must be detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player with a “can-do” attitude. We are looking for individuals who are caring, friendly, and hard working to join our team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide basic-level technical support to clients using firm's proprietary technology platforms
• Set up access information for new client contacts
• Perform quality assurance testing on web pages for new clients and projects
• Create and submit requests to set up call routing/IVR for our call center and perform quality assurance tests
• Perform troubleshooting as needed for each project
• Handle closure procedures at the end of each project
• Provide reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Relevant experience in an office environment preferred
• Familiarity with basic-level website programming (HTML/CSS) a plus
• Detail oriented and excellent time management
• Tech savvy and willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
