Technology Resource & Talent Coordinator - Long Term Contract

Our direct client in Dutchess County, NY seeks a Technology Resource & Talent Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid position.  This is a long-term contract role with a good opportunity to convert to full-time as well.  Hybrid role, 2 days work from home, 3 days in the office, with flexibility.  We seek someone who's very organized, who has excellent written and communications skills and some good experience with Excel, and some experience in HR/Recruiting coordination, ie. helping set up interviews, scheduling, etc.   Immediate interview and hire!  

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of all Technology staffing requests (Primarily contractor resources for project/operational demands). Such coordination will include, but is not limited to, managing interactions/requests with the Company’s established partner consultant staffing firms, coordinating the interview & procurement process, partnering with the Company’s Vendor Management Office (VMO) to write staffing SOWs to procure selected candidates and coordinating the onboarding of these resources to the identified projects/teams/operational support structures. 

Duties:
 

  • Management & coordination of the Technology Talent Procurement Processes
    • From Intake/Request through to Onboarding for contractors
    • collaborate closely w/ Human Resources
    • Collaboration with the Vendor Management Office & Resource Managers for
      • Statement of Work (SOW) development and execution for Staff Augmentation requests for project/operational demand
    • Sourcing Contractor Positions through strategic staffing partners
  • Collaboration with the Human Resources Department for coordination of direct hire resource requests
  • Coordination with Resource Managers and Project Managers in the Technology Department to efficiently execute
    • Resource Utilization Forecasting (Demand Management) throughout the portfolio for current and future needs
    • Contractor / FTE Requisition (Description Development)
    • Contractor Allocation & Cost Forecasting
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on status of all requests in queue
  • Optimization of current processes to streamline
  • Develop standard templates and documentations to streamline processes

 

Desired experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

At least five years of related professional experience will be considered.

Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and project management skills

Team player and a highly skilled communicator.

also nice to have:

  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Any experience with sourcing, including contract negotiations, metrics reporting, and overall partnership cultivation
