He has over six years of experience sourcing and screening top candidates across all IT disciplines. Chris is motivated by helping candidates maximize their potential and get the most out of their careers. In addition to technology recruiting, Chris is passionate about helping neurodiverse and autistic talent achieve their potential. Through his work at the non-profit Specialisterne USA, Chris helps employers and universities transform their traditional recruiting and talent acquisition models to help employ work-ready neurodiverse talent.
