QA Analyst – Remote:

Our direct client, a fast-growing digital healthcare company based in NY, is looking for a QA Analyst. This position can be 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Work with the tech ops and engineering teams to QA production and test builds
• Perform UAT on web portals, apps, dashboards, microsites and other digital products
• Write clear and concise bug tickets outlining the issue, expected results, and test parameters
• Produce reports on issues and provide constructive feedback to the engineering and technology teams

• Conduct manual fuzz testing on dashboards and UIs
• Use test tools like Browserstack to conduct manual testing
• Work closely with management and team leads on priorities and timelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QA experience on a large web product
• Experience with task management software and creating tickets (bugs) for a dev team

• Detail oriented and excellent time management
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Desired Skills

• Coding experience (javascript, python)
• Familiar with git and CI/CD pipelines
