Contract IT Recruiter

Due to strong client demand and a growing number of active searches, Benchmark IT is seeking an experienced IT recruiter with proven staffing agency success to join our team on an initial one-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Benchmark IT works directly with an established group of leading clients, often on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, to recruit technology professionals for both contract and full-time positions. Our recruiters work on active, well-qualified searches with engaged hiring managers and clear hiring needs.

What You’ll Do

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for a range of technology positions

• Conduct thorough candidate screening and qualification calls

• Partner closely with our Account Executives to confirm technical, professional and cultural fit

• Coordinate video interviews and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process

• Maintain accurate candidate activity and notes within Bullhorn

• Provide candidates with a professional, responsive and transparent recruiting experience

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success recruiting IT professionals within a staffing or placement firm

• Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements and identify well-aligned candidates

• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate-management skills

• Experience working with Bullhorn ATS is a plus

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and Indeed is strongly preferred

• A proactive, organized and collaborative approach

• Availability to work remotely in the United States during East Coast business hours

• Ability to participate in a daily 8:45 a.m. ET team stand-up
