Due to consistent, profitable growth over the past 6 years and a great outlook for 2013, we are looking to add additional Technical Recruiters to our team. We seek either an experienced IT recruiter (with proven agency success) or a junior recruiter or IT graduate with high-energy and desire to learn. All work is in our office here in downtown Stamford, CT. At Benchmark IT we have a growing number of top-flight direct clients who are working with us, often on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, to qualify and present quality candidates for immediate placement. Our recruiters utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, and build effective relationships, so that we can represent the candidates properly.  Our recruiters often work with our clients directly, or with one of our Account Executives, with the goal of moving the hiring process along as efficiently and surprise-free as possible. This position requires a lot of time spent on the phone and email in the office here in Stamford, but also takes the type of person who has a natural knack for following up with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
