Our direct client, a leader of advanced solutions for defense, aerospace, rail, and telecommunications, is looking for a talented full-time Business Intelligence Systems Analyst to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL querying, data extraction, and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI solutions to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
• Develop data models and data transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Systems Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and database management.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly house, or MRP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
