John enjoys extensive and long-standing relationships throughout the industry and is one of the most highly respected technology staffing professionals in the region.
Allison is an accomplished IT talent professional who provides superlative service to both clients and candidates. She is as passionate about helping candidates achieve their career goals as she is adept at understanding her client’s business and staffing objectives. Allison is an expert at resolving issues, mitigating risk and achieving results making her a go-to resource for both clients and candidates throughout the region.
James has built a decade of recruiting success on his 20-year experience as a senior developer and project manager in the financial services sector. He is highly regarded for his keen ability to find the right person for complex and challenging technical positions. His seasoned approach and insightful counsel have earned him the trust and respect of both his clients and candidates
Nancy brings a successful sales and marketing background to Benchmark IT from the cable television programming business, most notably AMC and E! Entertainment Television. At Benchmark IT, she contributes her seasoned perspective to technology recruiting and is responsible for Benchmark IT’s branding, content marketing and client and candidate engagement efforts.
John joined Benchmark IT in 2014, with nearly two decades of technology recruiting experience. John provides superior service to numerous Fortune 500 and middle market companies in the Tri-State area. John handles many of Benchmark’s growth accounts, helping them build their technical teams.

His financial services background and first-rate interpersonal and organizational skills have enabled him to rapidly expand his network of technology professionals.
Senior Technical Recruiter
Thomas joined Benchmark IT 2016 as a technical recruiter and elevated to account executive in September 2017. In this role, Thomas handles many of Benchmark’s existing accounts and grows new accounts, where he consistently delivers quality candidates and maintains and grows solid relationships. His strong background in analytics, combined with his personable style enables him to accurately assess our client’s needs and make a winning match.
Alexa analyzes, researches, and connects with qualified candidates every day to fill positions with Benchmark IT clients and build our working bench of IT talent. After meeting candidates, Alexa keeps touch with them and makes them aware of new opportunities, establishing the foundation for successful long-term relationships.
Mariah joined Benchmark IT in early 2017 and quickly became a recruiting success. She specializes in sourcing top IT talent, building long-term relationships and most importantly, helping candidates reach their career goals! Her background in HR, inquisitive nature and drive to succeed helps her to quickly and accurately understand the needs of both candidates and clients.
Colin comes to us with a healthcare recruiting background and applies those skills to the IT industry. Colin researches and connects with qualified candidates on a daily basis for both hard-to-fill positions and our ongoing bench of highly skilled talent. He is responsible for keeping candidates up to date on new openings, as well finding out how Benchmark IT can further assist in their career success.
Leah sources and connects with new and exceptional local candidates every day to help create the perfect match for Benchmark IT clients. Being the newest member of the team, Leah brings a fresh and innovative eye to the search process, while still learning something new every day. Leah actively maintains relationships with her candidates, continually alerting them to new job opportunities as well as checking in on their job search.
Erika has been with the Benchmark since 2012 as Controller and Director of Operations. With her background in Big 8 public accounting, she is responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting, and keeping Benchmark’s office operations running smoothly and efficiently.
