He has over six years of experience sourcing and screening top candidates across all IT disciplines. Through his work at the non-profit Specialisterne USA, Chris helps employers and universities transform their traditional recruiting and talent acquisition models to help employ work-ready neurodiverse talent.

Danny joined Benchmark IT in 2021, shortly after graduating with a BA in Psychology from Williams College. As Talent Acquisition Analyst, Danny identifies, evaluates, and matches qualified IT professionals to Benchmark IT’s existing job openings. Before joining Benchmark IT, Danny created an original curriculum to teach Test Prep, a class designed to prepare 8th graders from underserved communities for high school entrance exams.

Mike is a 2018 graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, with a double-major in Communications and Media Studies and History.

As the Data Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for maintaining the Benchmark IT databases’ data integrity and managing performance metrics, recruitment advertising, and communications. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has a MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University.
