Audit Software Support Lead - Long-term contract - Hybrid
For our direct client, a prominent global firm, we seek an professional with external Audit experience to join their team in an Audit Software Support Lead role.
In this position, the Lead will provide support to business teams who are using the audit software application, when there are questions or problems using the software on audit engagements. The lead will become fully trained on the client’s software and be able to provide support to global users, and will work together with the software team to troubleshoot and respond to any issues.
This is a long-term (24-36+ months) contract position with hybrid flexibility, Mondays and Fridays from home, Tuesday through Thursday in the Montvale, NJ office.
Skills and Experience desired:
– External Audit experience – can be Big 4 or even any of the small-to-mid-sized audit firms
– Understanding of how audits are conducted
– Software-savvy, able to learn a new application quickly
– Good communications skills and personality to manage an initiative and team, and strong follow-up skills to manage the ‘tickets’ that are raised when there is an issue.
