Technical Recruiter – Hybrid
Due to consistent, profitable growth we are looking to add additional Technical Recruiters to our team. We seek either an experienced IT recruiter (with proven agency success) or a junior recruiter or IT graduate with high-energy and desire to learn.
At Benchmark IT we have a growing number of top-flight direct clients who are working with us, often on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, to qualify and present quality candidates for immediate placement. Our recruiters utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, and build effective relationships, so that we can represent the candidates properly. Our recruiters often work with our clients directly, or with one of our Account Executives, with the goal of moving the hiring process along as efficiently and surprise-free as possible. This position requires a lot of time spent on the phone and email, but also takes the type of person who has a natural knack for following up with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
We work in a hybrid mode, typically 2 days/week in the office and 3 days/week from home.
