The final product of any project is what generates the reputation and impression of the company or business to the consumer. Knowing the standard of quality and being able to work as a team are essential for someone in a Quality Assurance role.

Identifying and explaining a problem while understanding the reason behind the issue’s occurrence must be understood by all parties. Communicating clearly will allow all parties to understand what is happening so the issue can be corrected and prevented in the future.
